Several attorneys will participate in the Illinois Association of Fire Protection Districts Annual Conference to be held June 25-28, 2009, at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, Illinois. Robert Britz, Thomas Gilbert, Stephen DiNolfo, and Shawn Flaherty will participate in a “Legal Open Forum – Panel of Attorneys.” In addition, Mr. DiNolfo will address “Emergency Response Liability.” Shawn Flaherty will present “Part III Advanced Trustee Training.” Joseph Miller III and David Zafiratos will present the annual Legal Update. Thomas Gilbert will speak on the topic, “Avoiding the Capital Project Quicksand.” Shawn Flaherty and Brian O’Connor will participate in the “Hot Topic / Final Wrap Up” session.
