Flaherty will moderate a panel discussion on “The Prudent Public Pension Investor.” Also, Shawn will speak on “Fiduciary Responsibility of Pension Fund Trustees” and teach “Advanced Trustee Training Part 3 Personnel and Human Resources for Career Trustees.” Joseph Miller III will present “The Judge Said What?! Annual Legal Update.” Ericka J. Thomas will discuss “The Evolving Legal Dynamics of Correcting Mistakes in Pension Benefits.”
